General Conditions of Sale
Presentation of Products
DIN Wallets takes into account the information on the essential characteristics of the products, with all the descriptions and photographs present on the website of its own authorship, representing, with minor exceptions, with complete accuracy the specifics of the products sold.
DIN Wallets use components of natural origin that have several specific characteristics, including, but not limited to, inclusion, veins, patterns and textures, so some kind of natural variation can be expected.
Price of Products
Public sale prices indicated on dinwallets.pt and their subdomains are presented in euros. VAT is included in all prices mentioned.
DIN Wallets reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, DIN Wallets undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order.
The prices and products available on dinwallets.pt are only valid for purchase orders made through dinwallets.pt, and may not coincide with those of other physical stores or online partners.

In order to make shopping more comfortable, we offer the following payment methods:
Payment by Debit / Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
Whenever you use this payment method, you will have to indicate the Number, Validity and security code (last 3 digits on the back) of your Debit / Credit Card.
The order and your card details will be sent, duly encrypted, to the bank on the date of your order.
After validation and communication from your bank, your order will be processed.
If payment is declined, a message will be displayed to the customer indicating the error found at the top of the page where the checkout ends. In these situations, we suggest the customer to try again and, if the problem persists, we recommend that you contact DIN Wallets, your bank or the credit card issuing authority for more information.
When selecting this payment method you will be redirected to the PayPal page where you must fill in your login data on the platform.
The entire payment process is carried out on the Paypal platform, and the user is redirected to DIN Wallets after placing an order.
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address the customer indicates when placing orders.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.

Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in your return to DIN Wallets, resulting in additional costs for the customer, so we recommend that the customer always make sure that the delivery address indicated when registering the order is indeed correct and complete. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address.
Exchanges and Returns
It is in the best interest of DIN Wallets to create an excellent consumer experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can always exchange or return your wallet.
DIN Wallets accepts returns within 15 days after delivery of the items. This means that the customer will have to return the product within 15 days of receiving it.
Exchanges and returns are only accepted if the items have not been used and in conditions that can be sold again, with the original packaging. The customer must resend the order using a method that requires tracking it, to prove that DIN Wallets received the same.
The monetary return will be made within 7 days after we have received the returned item using the same payment method used.
All exchanges will be made within 48 hours after DIN Wallets receives the original item. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
In the case of Returns, the value of shipping costs, packaging and shipping material is not refunded, nor the expenses associated with payment / return transactions. These amounts will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
It is in our greatest interest to create an experience with our consumer of excellence. As such, all DIN Wallets have a two-year warranty on wooden parts.
DIN Wallets guarantees that its products are free from defects with regard to materials and the respective manufacturing process during the period of two years from the original date of purchase of the items. All portfolios are hand-treated, with quality control carried out at all stages of the process, and it is the brand’s key policy never to send a product that has any type of defect.
If the DIN Wallets Guarantee is activated, DIN Wallets will apply, respectively, one of the following resolutions:
– Repair of damaged goods, guaranteeing the correct functioning and / or final quality;
– Exchange of good for an equal;
– Exchange of the good for a similar one in characteristics and purpose, as long as agreed with the client;
– Termination of the contract and the resulting refund if none of the previous options is possible.
The exercise of the right to guarantee by the customer will always take place upon the submission of the claim to our services, through the channels provided for in the guarantee conditions.
This warranty covers only production failures, or product defects, and not accidents or misuse. The warranty may be rejected in cases where extreme or improper use is evidenced, such as:
– Normal use and product wear.
– Misuse, carelessness, accident, abuse or unusual use.
– Falls are not covered by the warranty – DIN Wallets products are as resistant as the impact resistance of natural wood.
– Use of products for a purpose other than intended.
– Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized repairs / maintenance.
– Products that have been modified or altered
– Natural changes in the wood, including variations in the grain, lines, discoloration and stains from regular use.
– Any product not produced by DIN Wallets, including, without limitation, any product used in connection with the brand’s products.
– Any product that has not been purchased from the DIN Wallets Online Store (in this case it must be treated with the store where the product was purchased).
After inspection of the product received, the customer will be informed of the follow-up of his order.
In cases where the guarantee is exercised, DIN Wallets will repair, replace or refund the item in the shortest possible time, with a maximum period of 30 days from the date of written confirmation that the customer is entitled product warranty.
The refund of any amount paid will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the product, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
